5. Orders, Payment & Access

Orders: By enrolling in a course or programme through our Site, you agree to provide accurate information and complete all payments required.
Payment: All prices are stated in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated.
Access & Delivery:

  • Online Courses will be accessible via a secure learning platform or email link upon successful payment.

  • Corporate Training Programmes will be delivered either in-person or online, as agreed upon with the client organisation.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Online Courses: Due to the digital nature of our online learning content, refunds are not available once access has been granted, except as required under South African consumer protection law.
Corporate Training: Cancellations must be made in writing at least five (5) working days before the scheduled session to qualify for a partial refund or reschedule.

7. Consumer Protection and Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (South Africa). If a service we provide fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy (such as a refund, replacement, or resupply).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any content on the Site.
All training and course materials are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You use the Site and our services at your own risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our responsibility is limited to the resupply of the Service or the cost of resupplying the Service.
